We try to ship your items the next business day (unless specified) and from there, it will take between 1-3 business days for standard shipping.

Seek:Beauty aims to be a multipurpose beauty brand so you can use your oil serum on your face, scalp and hair.

Gently massage a few drops onto a clean face in the AM before sunscreen or in the PM as the last skincare step. Massage a few drops onto the scalp as a pre-wash for at least 30minutes. You can also use a few drops at the tips of dry hair to rehydrate.

If your cuticles are needing some extra care you can also massage the oil serum onto them as well.

Our Divine Signature Oil is not suitable for those pregnant, breastfeeding, or children under the age of five due to the essential oils present. We recommend to consult with your doctor first if you would still like to use it.

Alternatively, we recommend Glory3 Oil which is fragrance-free.

However, like any beauty product, please do a patch test for 24 hours beforehand to see if you get any reaction.

If at any point you get a reaction or irritation using the product, then discontinue use.

Our products are made to help hydrate your skin without it feeling sticky or greasy.

All our products are non-comedogenic (doesn't clog pores) and have properties to help with dryness and inflammation.

However, if you are sensitive to smell then it is best to use our Glory3 Oil which is fragrance free.

It is best to store your oil in a cool dark place and tightly closed.

The beauty oils should last for up to six months with proper storage. It is natural for any colour changes but if it starts to have a funny smell, then it is best to discontinue use and get a refill.

You can recycle any paper or cardboard packaging used.

The courier packaging can be recycled at any soft plastics recycling programme.

The glass bottle can be recycled. However, the plastic and rubber dropper needs to be put into normal landfill. We are currently working on an alternative environmentally friendly dropper.

Nonetheless, if possible, it is best to recycle your beauty products at a TerraCycle Programme.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds/exchanges or accept returns due to a change of mind. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within two business days of receiving it for further assistance.
